【Author Information】
Ken Teo
Ken Teo, known by his pen name as “Third Eye”(三眼), hails from the small riverside town of Tatau in Bintulu, Sarawak, and is the founder of Gather Building Management Sdn Bhd.
In 2000, he started his Chemistry degree studies at Universiti Sains Malaysia. After graduating, he pursued a Diploma in Estate Management and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Real Estate Management & Development, becoming a registered property manager with the Malaysian Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents and Property Managers (BOVAEP).
Ken is a columnist for Nanyang Siang Pau, Sin Chew Daily, Kwong Wah Yit Poh and the Star Media Group. Recognised as an authority on real estate matters, he is frequently invited by various sectors and has also appeared on 8TV, radio stations Ai FM, 988 FM and Bernama Radio to share his expertise and experience.
