RETURN & REFUND POLICY
1. All orders under processing are not cancellable as they would disturb the operations or product arrangement. They will not be returnable or exchangeable for delivered products unless we delivered them to you in error or it isn’t very accurate. If you wish to report a faulty item, you may contact us via the “Contact Us” page.
2. In the event that you made a wrong purchase(incorrect options/type selection/forgotten to use voucher), please contact us immediately for assistance. Upon product that is arranged and updated via email, the order is not cancellable. The approved refunds are eligible for store credit only.
3. We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. These restrictions may include quantities purchased per person, per order, or under the same customer account, same credit card.
4. We may cancel & refund an order if the product is not available for any reason. If we make changes or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you by contacting the email/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We’ll refund the same means of payment as you used to make your purchase.
5. Should you receive any items that you did not order or prove to be faulty, please contact us via any provided channel by giving details of your order. Please inform us(attached with proof) within seven days of receiving your items in such an event. 6. We do not issue a refund for several circumstances as follow:
– Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. Wrong shipping address provided)
– Your order does not arrive due to an exceptional situation outside our control (e.g. Delayed or damaged due to unforeseen events, for example, heavy rain, natural disaster)
7. Upon successful delivery and acceptance, full responsibility will go to the receiver.
