1. All price listed is the retail price, wholesale is supported, and the price is specific to the wholesaler.

2. When you register on our website, you will be required to choose a contact email address and password. You are responsible for all sessions and transactions made using these details. You should keep your password safe, not disclose it to anyone, and change it immediately if you feel compromised. You may update your details by signing into your account on GoldenHouse.

3. We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not warrant its “real-time” accuracy. We assume no liability or responsibility for any error/s or omission/s in the content on the site. (For example, typographical errors or product formulation changes) If you discover any inconsistencies on our website on any information, kindly send us a message via the “Contact Us” page. For absolute accuracy, please check the product’s actual label before use.


1. You can now earn Reward Points as a registered customer – sign up for free on “My Account” page (not available for guest checkout).

2. Reward Points can be applied for future discounts. Visit My Account > Points & Rewards for details.

3. You can get your points back if you accidentally redeem a reward by mistake. Just click on top corner of each redemption section to return coupon and you can claim back your points.

4. Reward Points are not to be exchanged as cash.

5. Rewards points will be credited to you only after your order marked as completed.

6. Points given may be subject to change during events, promotions. GoldenHouse reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

7. Your points are valid for 365 days – use them for rewards and discounts before they expire!


1. All the payment has to be paid by Credit Card, Debit Card or Online Bank Transfer. If you do not own any of these, you may contact us to get an offline payment option.


1. GoldenHouse sells and delivers worldwide.

2. All local shipment takes an average delivery time of 3 working days within West Malaysia, and 7 working days within East Malaysia(exclude Public holidays and courier non-working days). For exceptional circumstances, we will announce to customers on our social media channel. If you need any further help, don’t hesitate to contact our support via any channel provided (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, or email).

3. All our deliveries are appointed by a third-party courier provider. The coverage area could be changing from time to time. If you have placed an order out of our coverage area, we have the right to cancel and refund the established order, with prior inform the customer.

4. We will not be responsible for any mistake or delay caused by the customer, such as an incomplete address, incorrect contact number, or any other incorrect details, inclusive if there are no people to receive the product during the delivery at any time.

5. If no one is around during the delivery, our delivery partner will call you to arrange a re-delivery. Responsibility for all arrangements will be between our delivery partner and the customer.

6. Orders can be delivered in the requested time slot. Delivery might be adjusted unless unforeseen events, such as raining heavily, traffic jams, natural disasters, or other circumstances. In this case, we will monitor and update customers on the events. Neither the delivery company nor our company will be responsible or compensate for any losses incurred.

7. For overseas purchases, the receiver is responsible for settling all possible charges or import tax imposed by their origin country or for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered.
