1. All price listed is the retail price, wholesale is supported, and the price is specific to the wholesaler.
2. When you register on our website, you will be required to choose a contact email address and password. You are responsible for all sessions and transactions made using these details. You should keep your password safe, not disclose it to anyone, and change it immediately if you feel compromised. You may update your details by signing into your account on GoldenHouse.
3. We strive to maintain accurate and up-to-date information, but we do not warrant its “real-time” accuracy. We assume no liability or responsibility for any error/s or omission/s in the content on the site. (For example, typographical errors or product formulation changes) If you discover any inconsistencies on our website on any information, kindly send us a message via the “Contact Us” page. For absolute accuracy, please check the product’s actual label before use.
POINTS REDEMPTION & CUSTOMERS BENEFITS
1. All registered customers can earn points reward while shopping with us. Registration is free, and please sign up via the “My Account” page. (Not applicable if you check out as a guest user)
2. Reward Points can be applied for future discounts. For every 100 points = RM1.
3. For normal members, every RM1 spent will be rewarded with 1 point. For VIP members, every RM1 spent equals 2 points. Customers who spend above RM500 per year on our official store will be upgraded to VIP Member automatically. VIP membership is valid for 1 year and will be reset every year.
4. Reward Points are not to be exchanged as cash.
5. You will be credited with points into your account only after order completion. Every single product will show the retrievable points during your purchase(please log in to see).
6. Points given may be subject to change during events, promotions. GoldenHouse reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.
7. You can gain extra points by achieving targets. For more, please check the rules under “My Account” > “My Points”.
1. All the payment has to be paid by Credit Card, Debit Card or Online Bank Transfer. If you do not own any of these, you may contact us to get an offline payment option.
1. GoldenHouse sells and delivers worldwide.
2. All local shipment takes an average delivery time of 2-5 working days within West Malaysia, and 7-14 working days within East Malaysia(exclude Public holidays and courier non-working days). For exceptional circumstances, we will announce to customers on our social media channel. If you need any further help, don’t hesitate to contact our support via any channel provided (Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, or email).
3. All our deliveries are appointed by a third-party courier provider. The coverage area could be changing from time to time. If you have placed an order out of our coverage area, we have the right to cancel and refund the established order, with prior inform the customer.
4. We will not be responsible for any mistake or delay caused by the customer, such as an incomplete address, incorrect contact number, or any other incorrect details, inclusive if there are no people to receive the product during the delivery at any time.
5. If no one is around during the delivery, our delivery partner will call you to arrange a re-delivery. Responsibility for all arrangements will be between our delivery partner and the customer.
6. Orders can be delivered in the requested time slot. Delivery might be adjusted unless unforeseen events, such as raining heavily, traffic jams, natural disasters, or other circumstances. In this case, we will monitor and update customers on the events. Neither the delivery company nor our company will be responsible or compensate for any losses incurred.
7. For overseas purchases, the receiver is responsible for settling all possible charges or import tax imposed by their origin country or for customs to release the shipment and have it delivered.
