Tan Meng Chai

He has more than 35 years of experience in both the corporate and consultancy worlds which equipped him with a strong understanding of leadership and in managing stakeholders’ expectations.

He is currently an Independent Non-Executive Director of two listed entities on Bursa Malaysia. He is also a senior consultant with Development Dimension International (DDI), a leading global leadership development and human resources consulting firm.

He is also an accredited coach with the International Coaching Federation.


Saqib Sheikh

He has over 10 years of experience working in corporate communications in New York and Kuala Lumpur, and is a pioneer of several initiatives for positive social change.

He is cofounder of Urban Hijau, an urban permaculture center, and is Project Director of the Rohingya Project, a blockchain-based startup for stateless people. Saqib is certified under the International Coach Federation and coaches professionals and organizations on how to make social impact.
